David G. McGee is an associate at Hudson Injury Firm, where he represents clients throughout Georgia. David provides legal representation for catastrophically injured victims and has been a part of several multi-million dollar recoveries.
Before joining Hudson Injury Firm, David worked with one of metro Atlanta’s premier law firms. He primarily represented catastrophically injured victims in cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, and automobile wrecks. David helped try multiple cases to a jury verdict and secured a $1.9 million verdict in a medical malpractice case in 2018.
David attended the University of Georgia School of Law, receiving his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2016, graduating 4th in his class. While in law school, he served as a member of the editorial and managing boards of the Georgia Law Review. Prior to graduation, David also received awards for finishing with the highest grade in both Legal Research & Writing and Criminal Procedure II. After graduation, David was inducted into the Order of the Coif, an academic honors society for those who finish in the top 10 percent of their law school class. He received his undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University.
David was born and raised in Nashville, Ga., and he moved back home to be closer to his family. David enjoys playing guitar, attending concerts, and attending football games in Athens.
